Hello
I completed the ecampus but i cant find the ETS lite coupon in my account.
After searching in the previous posts, it seems that this is a systematic issue. What should i do?

Dear John, apologies for this. Apparently, there is a glitch on the synchronisation of eCampus with your MyKNX account. We will take care of that issue, for which I have created a support ticket.
