project specific interface

Today we have interface in the ETS as a pc specific connection, in the project you can choose project or area/line specific connection, this use the PC specified connection and is not transferred with the project when added to archive or export for us on an other pc.
Is it possible to have this Configurated interfaces connected to a project to be exported and imported together with the project. This is convenient when sharing projects among colleges.

ETS6 implements this in two ways:
- In the "Automatic" mode, a suitable interface (USB or IP, must be part of the project) is selected
- You can also declare a configured interface as project interface; this is useful for remote access when the interface cannot be discovered via multicast

Usually, i have multiple interfaces in a project, as we are using lots of ip routers and/or system devices that provide tunneling interfaces. Can i assign multiple interfaces as a project interface, and will they be hidden when i open a different project?
I really appreciate the use of project specific interfaces, my interface list is getting longr an dlonger .
