Works ETS5 demo with physical devices?

Hi, I have ETS5 demo and some physical devices: IP modul MDT IP000.03, power suply, switch and relay modul. In ETS5 is possible works with IP modul (over Ethernet), but I dont see switch and relay modul on bus. So, ETS5 demo works only with virtual KNX? (wiring is OK). It is not possible set individual address to swtich and releay modul- timeout.
