Hager Line coupler problem

Hello every one, 

I am wondering for someone else is facing the same problem as me regarding Hager line coupler in below points: 

-  Line coupler took very very long time to download application in order to update the new group address in filter table. 

- when the main line is connected you have to try many time to download application on ther devices in the line, and when disconnect it, it works normally.
