Reinstate programming flags if a user clicks Undo

- Have fully downloaded device (all flags ticked).
- Edit a single parameter on the device.
- 'Parameter' flag becomes unticked.
- Click 'Undo' to undo the parameter change.
- 'Parameter' flag remains unticked. This is not correct.
Please fix. A device download is unnecessarily the only way to resolve this bug currently.

Hello Duncan, this is already planned for ETS6 in one of the first versions.
