How to access parameters in the "ModuleDef" of a Database using the ETS5 NET SDK?

I created a ModuleDef and added parameters to it in the Database. However, the parameters in the ModuleDef also start with an index of 1. I tried to access them via ParameterInstanceRefs, but it was not successful. There are also parameters in the global scope with the same index of 1.

For parameters and objects within a ModuleDef, how should I access them correctly? Thank you
