Add HSV DPT
Some color LED controllers use HSV to send color information. The DPT on those channels is RGB. It´s uncomfortable to use in ETS it doenst know HSV and cant show the real color.
It would be great to have a DPT for HSV color control.

I agree also RGBW as 6 Byte are missing
