USB device "XXX" already in use by another process

I can´t solve the "USB device "XXX" already in use by another process" -problem. I´m using a Thinkpad T14s. I´ve tried all the solutions from this link: https://support.knx.org/hc/en-us/articles/18248667444882-External-software-blocking-the-access-to-the-interface but no luck at all 😒😒 Can anyone help?? I belive the problem came with the update from windows 10 to windows 11.
