ETS6 is an x64 application and is only supported on Windows x32/x64. Devices using an ARM processor (e.g. Snapdragon), such as the Microsoft Surface Pro X, are not recommended. ETS6 can only run on such devices through an emulation layer, and while short, interactive actions are barely affected, computationally heavy tasks — such as generating reports with device parameters — take significantly longer. For example, a report that takes about one minute on a current Intel/AMD x64 laptop can take around 15 minutes on an ARM-based Surface device.
To achieve optimal results, it is strongly recommended to have at minimum 4GB RAM and a higher screen resolution.

Recommendation for report generation:
For large reports with parameters, use an Intel/AMD PC (x64) — the export typically finishes in about a minute. If you're using an ARM-based device such as the Surface, you can reduce report generation time by limiting the scope of the report: enable the "Parameters" option only when needed, or limit the report to individual building parts.
