If our software cannot be installed, then our advice is to report the issue by means of a support request, following this procedure:
- Download the attached file & unzip.
- Start the application KnxSetupTroubleshooter.exe.
- Follow all the steps of this tool.
- Request support and attach the created zip file to the request.
