ETS Version 5 version cracked

hello,
i am currently working on a customers system that has a Gira server installed. there is no access to the Gira Server backend and the programming that is within the house is partially de-centralized and the other small part centralized on the Gira home server.
after looking into the data file, the customer told me the previous homeowner used a unlicensed version of ETS 5 and programmed the house with it. now i am having major issues with first performing any decentral programming while some of hte devices show up with the small red dot with the exclamaition point in the middle. after updating the database and performing an export and then a fresh import. nothing changes.
my question is, in this case, since i do not have access to the gira server and the software is unlicensed, should i think about reprogramming the system from the start?

Hi,
I believe that if you import the project on your computer, with a license, that you will not get problems because someone worked on a project with a cracked dongle.
The software that is downloaded onto the components is the same as everybody is using.
You olso need to have the GIRA Expert software and this project to program the homeserver. You can not unload the project.
The best thing you can do to check if there is a problem with the modules is to unload and redownload the full application. Normally that will work
You can't reset a Gira homeserver. You will need login data and etc.
