login problem

hey guys, i have installed the latest version of ets but always have some problems with login. I have no dongle and im online at the procedure, but very often ets says licence found, then i mist go back and login with email and password. And often, when the login via mail and pw was ok, i must register licence key and pc again :-( This is really mad and i think it can be solved, maybe my account ist registeres with issues. Can you guys from support check plz. I have the prof. version of ets. Thank for Information in front guys.
