connection close by remote device fault

I have a JUNG KNX room temperature controller 4093KRMTSD.

it accept downloading the individual address.

and When try to download the application, it's failed and message " connection closed by remote device ".

I try to use the low bus communication rate, and the same problem.

I use the last version of KNX ETS 6.1.1

I'm facing the same issue on a Schneider MTN6725-004 DALI-Gateway Basic REG-K, while trying to download the application. Switching light's on/off via DCA is working fine. Any solution?

Got the same issue with a Gira device. Any solution so far or can I add some testing support somehow?
