KNX Integration for Advanced Control of Adjustable Blinds

Good morning, I wanted to ask the Community if you have ever come across an automation system to control via KNX with these specifications.

The automation involves one or more adjustable blinds of the Rolltek model with Cherubini ClimaPlusRX motor (three-wire motor, phase, neutral, common white wire). The motor works as follows: if we give the phase to the common white wire for a time between 1-2 seconds, the blind goes up completely. If we give the neutral to the common wire for the same time, the blind goes down completely.

If we perform the same maneuver for a time longer than 2 seconds, the blind goes into orientation/tilting (the slats orient themselves in a predetermined position).

Do you think it is possible to execute these commands via KNX actuators?
