Project Store location to be in User Files

I recently had a reason to reset my PC and chose the option "Reset PC, delete apps but keep all your files."

After doing the reset I realised that all of my ETS5/6 projects in those Project Stores had been lost.  For me this is not a big problem as I don't work on many projects day-to-day and had backed up important ones.

However, I see this as a big flaw since a lot of crucial work could be lost because the Project Store is deleted when the PC is reset - even if the user is expecting their files to remain.

A safer option would be to place the project store in a location where it is inherently a "User" File, not a Program File.
