In "Add Group Addresses", the numerical value field shall always be clickable

When creating a new group address which needs to be set to a specific value, I first need to click on "Start with" before I can enter the numeric value, i.e. one additional unnecessary mouse click.

I propose that the numeric value field shall NOT be greyed out and "Start with" shall be activated automatically as soon as the numeric value field is clicked.
