System messages are not displayed in foreground

System messages are not displayed in foreground when the windows are undocked.

This problem occurs with the bus monitor when it is closed and contains non-stored telegrams.
Then comes a memory query, but this is displayed in the background.
The bus monitor can then no longer be closed.
Moving the undocked window then displays the message.

This problem exists since ETS5.6.4
