Provide the ability to preset the default 5 individual addresses

It'd be useful if there were a setting in ETS where you could specify how the addresses are allocated for devices that consume more than one individual address.

Ideally you could choose from options such as.

• Use first free available
• Append
• Start from .XXX

We and others always allocate the extra addresses in the following form, X.X.250, X.X.251, X.X.252, and so on, to keep addresses X.X.1 through to X.X.249 clear for use by normal devices.
