Use row highlighting in the Project Archive

I am aware that there are plans to revamp the Project Archive. Please make use of row highlighting to do things like highlight projects that are currently checked out by users to quickly distinguish them from projects that are checked in.

Another highlight option too might be for projects that have been checked out for over X amount of days, but not recently checked back in, in order to draw attention to the fact that someone might not have recently checked in their changes and there is risk for data loss.
