Change the Behaviour of the Description field for Devices

Provide an option to enable/disable 'description' entries from appearing next to the KNX device individual address in the tree view in the Topology panel.

Description entries for entities such as 'area' and 'line' do not appear in the tree view, so there should be an option to stop description entries appearing for devices too.

I'm sure it's a cosmetic layover from ETS3 where the 'name' couldn't be changed for a device. We've been able to do this since ETS4 so the option to stop the description field from appearing should be provided.
