    Hi Tommi, I have a very similar situation as you. I attended a KNX Course back in 2016 and I received a dongle but I have never used it unti now. And I have the same problem as you. Did your issue get resolved? What did you have to do to overcome the issue?

    Hi. Sorry for late comment because I don't follow so much email and KNX support. But problem never solved and I didn't got working dongle. I really don't understand why I can't register my dongle to my account. My dongle ID never activated and somehow they can't trace it.
