Lost Vouchers

I lost all the vouchers i received after the successful completion of basic course that supose would expire in 1 year . I was about to use the one for Lite License but i did not place an order because got the following error,

(Unfortunately, the selected invoice details do not contain (a valid) European VAT ID.) so i cancel my orders and then all my vouchers disappear.

what can i do to take back my vouchers ?
