Notification of an existing comment

I would appreciate it if a small notification appeared in the properties-comments of a device whenever something is entered in the comment field.

Especially when receiving an old ETS project and finding important information in the comment field, it would be great to be notified with a small icon.

So, the icon should be displayed whenever there is something in the comments.
