    Hello,

did you make any progress with this issue? Currently experiencing something similar & struggling to find a solution.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks

Hi Ryan, yes, we made a lot of improvements on the 6.0.1. So, if you update to the latest 6.0.2 everything shall be as it should.

Hello Ryan, No unfortunately I did not find any solution about the ISE box - Zennio issue I described. I kind of ran out of time, so I just did a quick fix by downloading the devices from my usb interface attached to the local lines, from where the Zennio was connected.

Thanks Vassilios. Does that mean this is a known issue in ETS 5 then?

Hi Ryan, we do not have a known ETS5 issue for the ISE box. It seems as a network issue, I would recommend to get in contact with ISE for some help.

Hi Håkon. That's interesting. I'm stuck with the same "fix" but it means remote management of these devices impossible. I'm using a Jung IP Router but having the same response with some Zennio devices.

Thank you for taking time to reply

No problem Ryan! I also tried to download other devices too, from other manufacturers connected to the same lines as the Zennio, using ISE box from the main line. All components downloaded perfectly, accept the Zennios...so its kind of wierd, and I have never had this issue before on any other ISE/KNX installation we serve. If you find the solution, please reply :)

    Hi.

I'm also having the same problem with a Zennio MaxinBox 66.  I can download locally using USB I/F but can not download via IP Interface.  IP Interface is on Line 1.0 - Zennio is on Line 1.1.  Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

    Thanks

    Hi Ian,

I’m finding if I set all 5 line couplers in the job to block all telegrams then I’m able to download via IP interface without issue nearly every time. If there is an issue, download Application to the device usually resolves it.

let us know if you have any joy

Downloads to devices with large applications (System B - which all Zennio devices are these days) seem to fail sometimes/often when downloading through a coupler.
Downloads to Zennio devices often run to 10,000-40,000 telegrams; I believe the coupler inadvertently adds some delays and sometimes this causes a T_disconnect.
I remember seeing in an ABB manual (sorry can’t remember the product - maybe a line coupler) that downloading within the same line is always strongly recommended.
This is one good reason to use IP Routers instead of line couplers - you have an IP interface in every line.

I have same issue downloading Z35 via Basalte Mini Core KNX Tunnel - however as soon as I am onsite I can download via USB.

In the ABB USB/S1.2 USB interface manual there is a note:

"NOTE For the shortest possible download time, the USB Interface should be installed in the same line as the target device."

In my experience, downloads to System B devices may fail or take a REALLY long time when the programming interface is in a different line/line segment.
