common group address for feedback and on/off ?

i am knx learning user and i would like your opinion about a project i have.

i am not a profesional and i want to learn for my own use. i installed knx at my own house  a few years ago and i decided to take a look how to add simple devices to the existing instalation.i didt program the initial bus.the programer gave me the ets project file and i open it in the ets 5 .

i have watched many tutorials and all of them suggests one group address for sw on/of and one seperate for the feedback.

Strange , at the ets project i have , there is a common group address for both of them . please take a look at the pic below. is it normal?

why the initial installer choosed this stragedy? is it a mistake?
