import a project into ETS Inside

I just purchased an ETS Inside license.
My installer used ETS Professional (or ETS5) to program my home system.
How can I import the project from the installer into ETS Inside on my PC? so I can make my own modifications.
The installer is willing to help.

To add on this topic, how do I do the same trick using ETS4 since I chose not to upgarde to ETS5 but ETS Inside for working with my project
