Exam regulations for the NextGen course

The exam regulations for the NextGen course can be found below:

Number of true or false statements	25
Theory exam: scoring method	A point is given for each statement that has been answered correctly. For each wrong statement, half a point (0,5) is deducted from the final score. For each statement that has not been answered at all, no points are deducted or given.
Practical exam	Planning, commissioning, and diagnostics of a predetermined KNX project.
Duration of Theory exam	30 min.
Duration of Practical exam	30 min.
Passing grade	At least 50%
KNX Certificate issued by KNX	Yes
KNX Certificate issued by the NextGen educational institute	Optional

Passing the exam

The student shall achieve at least 50% in both the theoretical and practical exams.

The theoretical and practical exams are evaluated separately. A passing result in one exam does not compensate for a failing result in the other.

A student is allowed to consult the paper or PDF training documentation during the exam.

After termination of the exam, students have the possibility to review their exam.
