Did you recently become a KNX partner and your partner details or ranking is not visible on the KNX partner website? The possible reasons why you are not shown, are listed here below:
1. Course satisfaction survey not filled out and/or 'Visible on KNX website' checkbox not selected
2. Search criteria mismatch
3. Your visibility needs to be refreshed
4. Exam results not confirmed
5. Update partner profile not carried out
1. Course satisfaction survey not filled out and/or 'Visible on KNX website' checkbox not selected
If you are not listed as a KNX partner in the partner list or map, you first need to ensure that you have participated in the course satisfaction survey that you have received via email right after the course. The satisfaction survey can also be found in the same spot where you can download your KNX partner certificate. Only when this survey is completed, you will be able to check the 'Visible on KNX website' checkbox in order to become visible on the map or in the list of KNX partners. It can take up to 24h before your partner details and ranking are shown in the list or on the map.
2. Search criteria mismatch
Please go to the KNX website and select 'Partners' under 'Community'. It is possible that you have not set the correct filter criteria. Please filter by country first.
3. Your visibility needs to be refreshed
It is also possible that the 'Visibility' flag in your MyKNX partner profile has to be refreshed. To do so, follow the steps as described here below:
4. Exam results not confirmed
It is possible that the training centre did not confirm your exam results yet. Please contact the training centre in this case.
5. Update partner profile not carried out
Last but not least, it could be that you have not updated your KNX partner profile yet. Please update your KNX partner profile. You will even gain extra points for the 'Engagement' category.
