The list of available IP interfaces on the Bus tab in the dashboard is empty, or IP interfaces are only displayed for a short time and then vanish again.
This can be caused by
- Security / Antivirus software blocking the discovery frames.
Such software may manipulate the Windows IP stack to provide protection against attacks from the network.
It might help to add exception rules. There were however reports that even deactivating such software did not help and only after uninstalling it the discovery worked again.
- Network infrastructure (smart switches, WiFi access points etc.) blocking the discovery frames.
Make sure that IP Multicast forwarding and IGMP is correctly configured in the network components.
If the problem cannot be solved by the indicated actions, you can still create an IP Tunneling connection manually providing the IP address of the interface. See here.
