The KNX Partner Ranking recognizes the knowledge, experience, engagement, and investment of KNX Partners.
As a KNX Partner, you can earn credits in four different categories:
The credits earned in these categories contribute to your overall KNX Partner Score. Based on your total number of credits, you are represented on the KNX website as a Silver, Gold, or Platinum KNX Partner.
The higher your Partner level, the more information and professional experience can be displayed to potential customers on the KNX website.

1. Knowledge
The Knowledge category recognizes your investment in KNX training and your continued development of KNX expertise.

KNX Refresher course
You receive 10 credits for attending the one-day KNX Refresher course.
Two Refresher course credits expire every year. If you attend another KNX Refresher course within five years, your Refresher course score is topped up to 10 credits again.
2. Tools
The Tools category recognizes your investment in KNX software and the tools required to professionally design and commission KNX installations.

For example, a KNX Partner owning an ETS6 Professional license receives 30 credits for ETS Professional plus another 30 credits for having the latest professional ETS generation.
Only one software license per account is taken into account, except for KNX ETS Apps.
3. Engagement
The Engagement category recognizes your active involvement in the KNX community and your efforts to keep your KNX Partner profile up to date.

For KNX fairs and eligible National Group, Userclub or Associated Partner events, credits are awarded only when the corresponding voucher is used.
For these activities, 5 credits expire every year.
Whether vouchers are available for a particular fair or event is communicated by KNX Association or the relevant KNX organization.
The Partner profile score is only calculated for accounts with KNX Partner functionality and an eligible KNX course.
4. Realized KNX Projects
The Realized KNX Projects category recognizes practical KNX experience.
KNX Partners can upload their completed projects to the KNX Project Platform. These projects can contribute to the Partner Score and, depending on the Partner level, can also be presented to potential customers on the KNX website.

You may upload more than four KNX projects. However, a maximum of 40 credits can be earned from the number of uploaded projects.
How does the ranking work?
The principle is simple:
KNX activities → Credits → Partner Score → Silver, Gold, or Platinum
You can increase your KNX Partner Score by strengthening one or several of the four categories.
For example, you can:
- complete additional KNX training;
- use professional and up-to-date KNX software;
- participate actively in the KNX community;
- keep your KNX Partner profile up to date; and
- upload realized KNX projects.
The purpose of the ranking is not only to recognize your involvement with KNX. It also helps potential customers identify KNX Partners according to their demonstrated knowledge, professional tools, engagement, and practical project experience.
Visibility on the KNX website
Your KNX Partner ranking is displayed only if you have chosen to make your KNX Partner profile visible on the KNX website.
You can manage this setting in your MyKNX account.
By continuing to invest in your KNX knowledge, tools, community engagement, and realized projects, you can increase your Partner Score and progress from Silver to Gold and ultimately Platinum.
