If you are a KNX partner, and you do not want to be listed with the current partner details on the KNX website anymore but with the partner details of your new company, then you need to inform KNX Association by creating a support ticket. Two cases can be distinguished here:
1. No ETS license in the current MyKNX partner account
If there is no ETS license in the current MyKNX partner account, our sales/support engineers will modify the company name. The KNX partner can modify the rest of the information (including email address and company address).
2. ETS license in the current MyKNX partner account
If there is an ETS license in the current MyKNX partner account that belongs to your former company, then in this case the license has to be transferred to the rightful owner (i.e., the former company of the KNX Partner). Create a support ticket and inform our support/sales engineers about your request. Once the license is moved from the MyKNX partner account to the MyKNX account of the rightful owner, our sales/support engineers will modify the company name in the partner account. The KNX partner can update the rest of the information (including email address and company address).
Note: It is not possible to transfer the partner information (KNX partner number, KNX Certificate, survey, Logo etc.) from a MyKNX partner account to another account.
