A KNX partner can gain extra credits by updating his/her KNX partner profile in MyKNX (Account - Applications).
1. The following information can be entered/selected if already not done before:

- Upload your company logo:
- If you do not have an .eps file of your company logo, then please note that there are free online file converter programs to convert such logos from, e.g., .jpg to .eps.
- Subscribe to newsletters:
- Commercial news
- Homeowner news
- Training and tutorials
- Development
- KNX news for professionals
- Events and webinars
- KNX Products
- Local news from your national groups
- (Membership news): KNX Members who wish to receive updates on their membership, development, manufacturer tool, fair participation opportunities and free or payable marketing services. Only get the news tailored to your company role.
- (Training centre news): Gain useful information on how to manage your certified courses in our system, updates in the training documentation, training centre conferences and more.
- Select your preferred project:
- If a project has been uploaded on the KNX project platform, then the KNX partner will see here all confirmed KNX projects.
- Organization to use for tools score calculation: See Licenses stored in the personal/organization account
2. Confirm the update by clicking on the 'Submit' button. Please note that the recalculation of the credits is done every 24h. Hence, the correct ranking will only be shown on the KNX international partner website and in your partner profile after 24h.
