Si ETS ne démarre pas ou prend trop de temps pour mettre à jour le 'Cache du catalogue de produits', alors il se peut que le dossier 'ProductStore' contient des données non valides et/ou incohérentes
Comment identifier ce problème ?
Si vous ouvrez avec le bloc-notes le fichier 'ETS. log' du répertoire '%LOCALAPPDATA%\KNX\ETS6\Log' vous trouvez une erreur similaire à celle-ci:

Comment résoudre ce problème ?
Renommez le dossier 'ProductStore' (en y ajoutant '_ancien' par exemple).
Le répertoire par défaut du 'Product Store' est 'C:\ProgramData\Knx\Ets6\ProductStore'.
Si ce dossier est introuvable, c'est peut-être parce qu'il est caché. Voyez ici pour lire comment le rendre visible.
Relancez ensuite ETS.
