Als ETS niet kan worden opgestart of als het te lang duurt om de 'Productcataloguscache' bij te werken, is het mogelijk dat de 'Productopslag'-map ongeldige en/of strijdige gegevens bevat.
Hoe identificeert u dit?
Als u met het kladblok de 'ETS.log' opent uit de map '%LOCALAPPDATA%\KNX\ETS6\Log' en u vindt een fout die lijkt op:

Hoe lost u dit op?
Hernoem de map 'ProductStore' (bijv. voeg '_old' toe aan de mapnaam)
De standaardmap van de 'Productopslag' is 'C:\ProgramData\Knx\Ets6\ProductStore'.
Als u deze map niet vindt, is deze mogelijk verborgen. Lees hier hoe u de map zichtbaar maakt.
Start daarna ETS opnieuw op.
