What is shipped?
Our licenses are digital and generated automatically in your account upon payment.
Physical hardware is only shipped if a dongle is included in your order.
For orders that do include a dongle, shipping is handled through UPS, which is fully integrated into our online shop. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by UPS based on your delivery address and will appear at checkout once you enter your shipping details. Please note that KNX does not set or control these shipping rates.
Since we operate as an online shop, orders must be fully paid before we can hand them over for delivery.
Shipping options:
- Express: approximately 48 hours
- Standard: 2–3 days
Need your dongle urgently?
Payment method affects how quickly your order ships:
- Credit card or PayPal: If your payment is completed before 12:00 PM (noon CEST), your order can go out with UPS's daily pickup at 1:00 PM (CEST) the same day.
- Bank transfer: Please allow approximately 2 additional days for payment processing before your order can be shipped.
For the fastest delivery, we recommend paying by credit card or PayPal before noon.
