Please note that:
- The exams shall always be taken in the presence of a KNX Teacher.
- The theoretical online exam must be composed on the exam day (not before!)
- Compose an exam only for the apprentices who are present on the exam day.
- First, the theoretical exam organization field in the course properties shall be set to online.
- Select the 'Person' icon next to the course.
- Select the apprentice(s) for whom an online exam will be composed.
- As soon as the 'Compose Exam' button is clicked, a clock representing the 'online exam' is shown. This means that the online exam has been composed for the selected apprentice(s).
- If there is also a practical exam for the KNX course, then please follow the following steps:
- Enter the practical exam result by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the apprentice. Please also confirm the results by clicking on the 'Confirm results' button.
- An automatic email is now sent informing the apprentice about a new KNX certificate.
- The apprentice will only be able to download the KNX certificate if the KNX satisfaction survey is filled out.
- Enter the practical exam result by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the apprentice. Please also confirm the results by clicking on the 'Confirm results' button.
