It is very easy to request a dongle replacement for your ETS.
- Log in to your myKNX account and go to Account → Products.
- Select the license for which you need the dongle replacement by clicking the small arrow at the top right.
- Then, choose Request a Dongle.
When requesting a replacement, you will need to select the reason:
a) Your dongle is lost/stolen
- Your request will be reviewed by our support team.

You will receive an order for the dongle replacement
b) Your dongle is faulty
In the case that your dongle is faulty, you must send it back to us.

Download the Return Form: First, download the return form and initiate the return by sending the dongle back to our address via post.

Mark as Sent: After sending the dongle, click the "Mark as Sent" button to confirm the return.
Once we receive the dongle, our technical support team will inspect it. If it is found to be faulty, you will receive an order for a replacement.
Exception: If a new dongle has not yet been registered for reason "not recognized", you will need to return the faulty dongle, and it will be replaced free of charge after inspection.
Please note: If you have ordered the ETS6 Professional as a cloud-only license (i.e., without a dongle), please submit a support ticket to request a new dongle.
