This article outlines the procedures for membership cancellation in accordance with Article 3.7 of the KNX Statutes.
Voluntary Withdrawal:

Members have the right to withdraw from the Co-operative Society, following the material and formal conditions set out in Articles 367 to 369 of the Code of Corporations.

The Management Board retains the right to veto any withdrawal if such action would result in the liquidation of the Co-operative Society.
Resignation Process:

Any voluntary resignation must be submitted by registered letter or via MyKNX - Member Profile (see image below) no later than six months before the end of the corporate year.

The resignation will become effective from the first day of the following year.
Member Obligations:

Until the resignation becomes effective, the member must fulfil all statutory commitments, including financial obligations incumbent upon members.
