2. Booth Preparation: What KNX Provides & What Co-exhibitors Do
KNX and its supplier arrange several services to ensure a smooth setup and presentation.
Below you’ll find what is covered by KNX and what needs to be handled by each co-exhibitor.
KNX provides:
Booth design and build-up
Panel production & delivery (depending on booking type and excludes companies that opt for self-production)
Supply of coffee, tea, and water during show days
Booth cleaning
Electricity and power extension
Cabled internet
Storage space
Shared meeting area
Connecting the finished panel (e.g. with products already connected and tested to be functioning) to the totem
The following needs to be done by co-exhibitors:
Prepare all products and required auxiliaries (power supply, cables, flush mounting boxes, din-rails etc.) for your panel.
Install and connect products on the panel.
3. Media Package Manager (MPM)
- As an official registered co-exhibitor, your main contact should have received an email from Messe Frankfurt
（mediapackage.light-building@messefrankfurt.com) about Media Package Manager. Here you can manage company profiles, product groups, pages, documents, videos, and links.

- Catalogue Deadline: Update information by 12 December 2025 for printed catalogue inclusion. Updates post-deadline will apply only to online exposure.
- You have some free services included in your media package, they are marked marked with the label “Included in Media Package”.
- Additional: If you opt for extra services that are not included in the free Media Package, Messe Frankfurt will issue the invoice to you directly (usually after the show concludes).

4. Exhibitor Services Access

Only the main contact person has access to the Exhibitor Services Shop by default.
The main contact can also grant access to additional colleagues if needed.

5. Exhibitor Passes & Passes for Build-up and Dismantling days
- Exhibitor passes are required for show days. Please fill in this sheet for all booth members, and we'll generate the passes for you. If you generate the passes from your co-exhibitor account, they are not free of charge, and you will receive a bill from Messe Frankfurt. If you are also a main exhibitor at the show and have free tickets, feel free to generate the tickets in that account.
- Your printed exhibitor pass combined with your ID provides you free travel on buses, trains, and trams within the Rhein-Main Transport Association area between 8 and 14 March 2026 (till 5am).

6. Visitors Tickets
- In the exhibitor shop, under "For Exhibitors", you can see "Invite Visitors", here is where you can invite your visitors free of charge.
- Note: do not use the “For visitors” part to order the tickets, these are chargeable.

Even though your booth reps can also use the visitors tickets instead of exhibitor tickets, the visitors tickets are limited to the official opening hours on show days, while exhibitor can enter one hour earlier.
