5. Chat Function Inside the Platform

7. Messages on Top of the Page
1. Who has Access to the Platform?
Your fair contact person listed in the KNX co-exhibition booking form will have access to the platform to manage your panel(s).
If a different person or additional people need access, please inform us so we can make the necessary changes.
A MyKNX account is required. If you do not yet have one, please create one using this link: https://id.knx.org/register and inform Sara at sara.fan@knx.org, so that we can set it up for your access.
2. Access link - Bookmark the Page
You can access the platform directly via the following link: https://my.knx.org/account/panel/coexhibitor
If you encounter any difficulties accessing the platform, please contact Sara at sara.fan@knx.org, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
3. Your Responsibilities on the Platform
It is essential that you upload your panel design, product information, and any required files directly to the platform within communicated deadlines.
This ensures everything is stored centrally and that the system can send timely notifications to all relevant parties.
4. Accurate Information- Critical
When completing your panel entry, please ensure that all options are selected accurately. The platform supports different scenarios, such as:
• who leads the design
• who produces the panel
• whether your design is purely visual or includes product display
• whether your setup requires internet access or excessive power
Providing correct and complete information is critical for smooth coordination and proper panel management.
5. Chat Function inside the Platform
The platform includes a chat function that supports text formatting and images. Please use this to communicate with us regarding your panel(s).
This ensures:
• full traceability of all discussions
• visibility for the entire KNX team
• faster and more coordinated support
Since a team is involved in panel management, we kindly ask you not to contact individual team members by email for panel-related matters.
6. Individual Panel Entry & Dedicated Chatbox
Each panel is treated as a separate entry with a designated ID number, allowing for clear and precise communication.
If you have multiple panels, please manage them individually.
Each entry also includes its own dedicated chatbox.
7. Messages on Top of the Page
When you take an action, a system notification will appear at the top of the page. These messages may confirm your action or provide information about the next steps, and they can be easy to overlook. Please make sure to read them carefully.
