If ETS does not start after installation, consult specific troubleshooting articles for issues like corrupt data or outdated components. If unresolved, run 'ETS6 Diagnostics' via Windows and follow its steps. If diagnostics fail, send all files from '%localappdata%\knx\ETS6\log%' when requesting support.
Although its installation went fine, ETS does not start, in that case please consult one of the cases below:
- Problem with the Online Catalog data
- Master data file is missing/is corrupt
- User settings are wrong
- Product Store data is corrupt
- ETS cache contains invalid data
- Windows user profile is corrupt
- Telerik UI components are outdated
- System libraries are conflicting

Via the Windows button, look for 'ETS6 Diagnostics' and start it.
Follow the indicated steps of this software.
If the ETS6 Diagnostics does not start either, then provide us all the files that can be found under '%localappdata%\knx\ETS6\log%' (simply copy the content from the quotation marks into your Windows File Explorer).
