Please make sure that the latest version has been installed.
ETS or one of its apps doesn't function as expected, our advice in that case is to report the issue by following this procedure:
- connect the dongle
- start ETS
- in the section 'Settings' select 'Troubleshooting'
- change the log level to 'Extended'
- close ETS
- start ETS again
- reproduce the problem
- click the button 'Start Tool Diagnostics'
- follow the indicated steps of this software
- use the created zip file to report the problem
