Please make sure that the latest version has been installed and the graphic's card driver is updated.
ETS is based on WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and WPF uses hardware acceleration.
In order to avoid image distortion (see picture below), you need to disable Hardware Acceleration for WPF based applications.
To do that, just double-click on the "DisableHWAcceleration.reg" and then restart your PC.
This will disable hardware acceleration only for applications that are based on WPF.
To enable it again, simply double-click "EnableHWAcceleration.reg" and restart your PC.
