How dongle shipping works for KNX orders, including costs, delivery times, tracking, and pick-up options.
- Licenses are digital. Only dongles are shipped, via UPS, once the order is fully paid.
- Shipping costs are calculated by UPS at checkout, based on your delivery address.
- For the fastest delivery, pay by credit card or PayPal before 12:00 noon CEST.
What is shipped?
Our licenses are digital and generated automatically in your account upon payment.
Physical hardware is only shipped if a dongle is included in your order.
Shipping costs and terms
Orders that include a dongle are shipped via UPS, which is fully integrated into our online shop. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by UPS based on your delivery address and appear at checkout once you enter your shipping details. KNX does not set or control these shipping rates.
Shipments are made under Incoterms® 2020 FCA (Free Carrier) Diegem, Belgium.
Since we operate as an online shop, orders must be fully paid before we can hand them over for delivery.

- Express: approximately 48 hours
- Standard: 2–3 days
Need your dongle urgently?
Your payment method affects how quickly your order ships:
- Credit card or PayPal: If your payment is completed before 12:00 noon (CEST), your order can go out with UPS's daily pickup at 13:00 (CEST) the same day.
- Bank transfer: Please allow approximately 2 additional days for payment processing before your order can be shipped.
For the fastest delivery, we recommend paying by credit card or PayPal before noon.
Tracking and Delays
Track your shipment on the UPS website. Delays are possible during holidays.
