1. In your account, navigate to Account > Profile
2. Locate the section 'Account Security' and click on 'Settings'
3. Click the 'Change E-mail Address' button.
4. Enter the new e-mail and your MyKNX password in the respective fields. Then click the 'Next' button to complete the process.
5. If the new email address is not yet used in another MyKNX account, the change will be accepted. You will receive the following confirmation message.
6. If the email address is already used in another MyKNX account, please reset the password of the other account.
