To receive the ETS license with the retrieval code, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MyKNX-account and navigate to Account > Products.
- On the products page, they click the Obtain licenses button.
A window titled Obtain License will open, prompting for a code (e.g. ADOWNQ).
Enter the retrieval code you received and click Obtain.
Result
The licence is transferred immediately and appears right away in your product section.
