Data from the crashed computer can be recovered
Try in this case the following options depending on the ETS version:
ETS5
1. Zip the 'ProjectStore' folder.
Default location: C:\ProgramData\KNX\ETS5\ProjectStore.
2. Attach this zip file in your report about the issue.
3. Indicate the name of the project(s) (and the project password if any) to be recovered in the report.
If the zip file is bigger than 20MB please use a file transfer service like www.WeTransfer.com or www.Dropbox.com and include the link in your report.
Please note:
It is not possible to define a previous 'ProjectStore' folder as the new project store, i.e. it is not possible to bypass the import procedure. See here.
