If you've already placed and paid your order but forgot to include your VAT number in the invoice address, and you qualify for VAT exemption, we can refund the VAT difference retroactively.
Please note that a minimum administrative fee of €50 applies, covering the work involved in correcting the invoice, issuing a credit note, and processing the VAT refund.
