KNX voucher codes can only be redeemed through a MyKNX account. If you don't have one yet, follow these instructions to create your Personal Account.
Eligibility and Validity
- KNX voucher codes can only be redeemed on eligible products. Eligible products are shown in the voucher section under Account > Vouchers.
- KNX voucher codes have specific start and end dates that define the redemption period. Make sure to use your voucher code within this timeframe. You can check its validity under Account > Vouchers.
Redemption Process

- Non-transferable: Vouchers are for the account holder's use only. However, they may be transferred from a personal account to a related Organization Account if needed.
- Non-combinable: Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
