When a student registers for a KNX NextGen course, the educational institute is informed about the registration in its MyKNX account and via a separate email.
1. View pending registrations
The educational institute can also go to Account → NextGen educational institute → Students in MyKNX to view pending student registrations.
2. Review the student registration
The educational institute can confirm or reject the student registration directly or first view the registration details by clicking the magnifying glass.
The educational institute can indicate that the administrative follow-up with the student has been completed.
Once the administrative follow-up has been completed, the educational institute can confirm or reject the student registration.
3. Confirm the student registration
Click Confirm Subscription to confirm the student's registration for the course. As soon as the educational institute confirms the registration, a course confirmation email is sent to the student.
